Graphite nylon gasket

Graphite nylon gasket

Graphite nylon gasket has a low friction coefficient of 0.12, a PV value exceeding 2.5 MPa·m/s, and can maintain smooth operation under oil-free conditions, with a lifespan 3 times that of ordinary gaskets.

It can resist deformation across a full temperature range from -40℃ to 180℃, withstand short-term temperature peaks of 220℃, and has a compressive strength of ≥45 MPa, effectively resolving the risk of sealing failure caused by thermal expansion and contraction.

The graphite nylon is resistant to fuel, weak acids, weak alkalis, and salt spray erosion, with a protection level of IP68, making it suitable for harsh chemical environments. With a density of 1.3g/cm³, it is 60% lighter than metal gaskets, reducing equipment load and energy consumption, and its creep resistance meets the standards of DIN 53424.

Graphite nylon is used in turbocharger sealing, transmission gaskets, hydraulic pump valve sealing rings, compressor cylinder gaskets, transformer insulating gaskets, circuit breaker sealing rings,

pipe flange gaskets, reactor sealing layers, resistant to hydrogen sulfide corrosion, brake system liners, bearing seals, etc.

On the track of rapid industrial iteration, the graphite nylon gasket is not only a sealing component but also a synonym for efficiency and durability. We use material science and technology as our pen to write a new chapter of zero friction and zero leakage in intelligent manufacturing — standing by your side to break through technical limits, making every seal a fulcrum for overcoming challenges.
